ADHD Assessments & Coaching

A space to understand your mind and move forward with clarity

Making sense of what hasn't quite made sense

You might be here because something about the way you think, feel, or move through the world hasn't quite made sense.

Perhaps you've noticed patterns around focus, overwhelm, time, or organisation. Or maybe you've spent years feeling like things are harder than they should be, without a clear understanding of why.

Anna Noden, compassionate therapist, reading a book titled 'How to Thrive with Adult ADHD'.

As an experienced integrative therapist, I work in a way that’s shaped around you as an individual. I bring this same approach into my ADHD work, taking the time to build a deeper understanding of your experiences with care and sensitivity, recognising that exploring these patterns can sometimes bring up more than expected.

I offer diagnostic assessments and neuro-affirming coaching, supporting you from gaining clarity through finding ways of working that feel more manageable, supportive, and aligned with you.

You don't need to be certain. Just curious to begin exploring.

"Exploring ADHD isn't about proving something is 'wrong'. It's about discovering what might finally make sense"

4  Feedback Session

Time to talk through the outcome, ask questions, and consider next steps

All assessments follow NICE guidelines and are carried out with care, clarity, and clinical integrity.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching offers a practical and supportive space to better understand how your mind works in everyday life. While therapy often explores deeper emotional experiences, coaching is more focused on helping you move forward in the present, including:

  •  Developing practical strategies for focus, organisation, and routines

  •  â€‹Understanding overwhelm and emotional responses

  •  Building self-compassion and confidence

  •  Creating ways of working that feel sustainable and supportive

6 Week ADHD Coaching Programme

So you have a diagnosis, or perhaps ADHD already feels like part of your story. What next?

How do you begin to understand yourself more? Why do certain things feel harder? How do you work with your brain rather than constantly against it?

This 6 week ADHD coaching programme offers a supportive space to explore your ADHD with curiosity, compassion, and practical support. Together, we'll look at understanding your patterns, reducing overwhelm, building ADHD-friendly strategies, and helping you move forward more sustainably.

Over six sessions, we can explore:

  • Making sense of your ADHD

  • Motivation, time & task paralysis

  • Emotional regulation & rejection sensitivity

  • ADHD-friendly systems & routines

  • Self-esteem, identity & relationships

  • Moving forward sustainably

Coaching can be offered following an assessment or as a standalone support. If you’d like space to explore deeper emotional experiences or patterns, you can learn more about therapy here.
