Trauma & Relational Therapy
A space to slow down and make sense of what you're feeling
Therapy that meets you where you are
You might be here because something feels difficult to hold on your own.
Maybe things have felt overwhelming for a while, or something has shifted recently that you're trying to make sense of. You might feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to begin.
You don't need to have the right words or a clear plan. Just a sense that something isn't quite right.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you're used to holding things together on your own. But it can also be the beginning of understanding yourself in a different, more compassionate way.
This is a space where you can slow down, explore what's going on beneath the surface, and begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, at your own pace.
How we can work together
I'm an accredited integrative therapist, which means I work in a fluid and personalised way, shaping our sessions around you rather than following a fixed structure.
I meet people where they are, and we begin from there. Together, we take the time to explore what's been happening for you, building an understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a way that feels steady and manageable.
The therapeutic relationship offers a safe, calm space where you can be your authentic self, without judgment or criticism. It's a place where you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that got quiet when life got too loud.
In our work together, understanding comes before change. When things begin to make sense, especially the parts shaped by past experiences, something often starts to shift. Sometimes the most powerful work happens when you allow yourself to be seen in the mess of all the uncertainty, because that’s where healing begins in the honesty of what’s real, not the performance of being okay.
My approach is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, shaped by my experience and ongoing specialist training. Whatever has brought you to therapy, we work with care and sensitivity, at a pace that feels right for you.

"It's a place where you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that got quiet when life got too loud."
