Clinical Supervision & Professional Development

A space for professional growth, reflection, and support

A relational and human approach to professional support

Supervision and professional development offer a reflective space to pause and make sense of your work with clients.
A place to sit with complexity, think deeply about your practice, and feel supported in the role you hold.

My approach is relational and collaborative, shaped by over 3,000 client hours and experience across therapeutic, organisational, and trauma-informed settings. I understand the emotional, ethical, and professional demands that come with this work.

It offers reflection, growth and support in both your client work and your development as a practitioner, helping you stay connected to yourself in your practice while holding thoughtful and compassionate awareness of the work you do with clients.

"Anna has a wonderful ability to balance support with gentle challenge, helping me to reflect
more deeply, gain new perspectives and develop greater confidence in my practice. Her thoughtful questions and insight often help me see things differently."

Supervisee - Counsellor

How we can work together

Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors, as well as practitioners working in organisational and public sector settings, including EAP services, cancer support services, and rape and sexual abused services.

My supervision practice is grounded in the Seven Eyed Model of supervision, supporting a multi-layered approach that sensitively considers client work, practitioner's process, and the wider systemic context.

I work in a collaborative and supervisee-centred way, offering a space where you can feel heard, supported, and able to think clearly about the demands of your role. This includes thoughtful feedback, emotional containment, gentle challenge, and a respect for your values, identity, and unique way of working.

Critical Incident Support

I offer Critical Incident Debriefing (CID) support for organisations and teams following distressing or high-impact events, using the Mitchell Model to provide a structured and supportive group response in the immediate aftermath or an incident.

These sessions are typically delivered within 24-72 hours post-incident, and offer a confidential space to process experiences, reduce distress, and support both individual wellbeing and wider team functioning.

The focus is not on blame or investigation, but on support, shared understanding, and helping teams make sense of what has happened, alongside any follow-up recommendations or organisational support that may be helpful afterwards.

CPD & Training

Through The Listening Rooms, which I run with a clinical colleague, I offer CPD for therapists and mental health professionals. These workshops are intentionally kept small to support focused, applied learning that can be taken directly into practice.

Sessions explore areas such as trauma-informed work, ADHD-informed practice, dissociation, and the development or private practice, offering grounded, practical guidance for clinicians at different stages of their careers.
